This policy explains what personal data Accelerads (the “Service”, available at accelerads.app) processes, why, how long we keep it and what rights you have. It is provided under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018.
1. Data controller

2. What data we process
Account data
- The name and email address you enter when you sign up.
- Your password, stored only in hashed form: nobody, not even us, can read it.
- Profile preferences: language, default marketplace, search departments, subscribed plan.
- If you buy a paid plan: billing details (name or company name, address, VAT number or tax code) and payment history.
Content you enter or upload
- Details of your books: titles, formats, prices, ASINs, page counts.
- Keyword searches, keyword lists, campaign plans.
- Reports you download from Amazon Ads (search terms, bulk files) and from the KDP portal (royalties and KENP reads), and the figures we extract from them.
These files contain business data about your books and campaigns. We do not ask for, and do not process, login credentials for Amazon, KDP or Amazon Ads.
Waitlist
If you join the waitlist from the home page, we process your email and, if you provide them, your name, how many books you have published, your main marketplace and whether you are interested in the Pro plan. We only use them to let you know when access or the Pro plan becomes available.
Payments
Card payments are handled directly by [DA COMPLETARE: fornitore dei pagamenti, es. Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Irlanda]. Full card details are entered on the provider’s pages and never pass through or remain on our servers: we only receive the payment outcome and, if the provider shares them, the card type and last four digits.
Technical data
- IP address, browser type and the date and time of requests, recorded in server logs for security and troubleshooting.
- Technical cookies required for the Service to work: we describe them in the cookie policy.
We do not use profiling or behavioral advertising tools, and we do not sell data to third parties.
Your Amazon Ads account data (only if you connect your account)
The direct connection to the official Amazon Ads API is optional and is being prepared. When it becomes available and you choose to enable it:
- you will give consent on the Login with Amazon page: Accelerads never sees or stores your Amazon password;
- we will receive an access token, stored encrypted, which you can revoke at any time from your profile or from your Amazon account settings;
- we will only read the data needed for the features you use: advertising profiles, campaigns, ad groups, keywords, targets and performance reports;
- this data will be used solely to show you analysis and suggestions in your account: we do not sell it, share it with other users or use it for advertising;
- if you revoke the connection or delete your account, we delete the token and the data downloaded from Amazon within 30 days.
3. Why we process it and on what legal basis

If we ever want to send you promotional messages, we will first ask for separate consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
4. How long we keep it
- Account data and content: as long as your account is active. If you delete your account from your profile, the related data is deleted.
- Uploaded report files (search terms and KDP reports): automatically deleted after 90 days. The extracted figures, which you need for your history, are kept until you delete your account.
- Export files (Excel, CSV, Markdown): deleted after 30 days; you can always regenerate them.
- Waitlist: email and form answers until you are invited, then at most 12 months if you don’t create an account. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
- Technical logs: at most 12 months, unless needed to investigate unlawful activity.
- Billing data: 10 years, as required by tax law.
5. Who we share it with
Data is processed by authorized staff and by providers acting as processors (Art. 28 GDPR), bound by contract:
- hosting and database: Contabo GmbH, Germania;
- service emails: [DA COMPLETARE: fornitore del servizio email];
- payments for paid plans: [DA COMPLETARE: fornitore dei pagamenti, es. Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Irlanda].
The site’s typefaces are served by Bunny Fonts (BunnyWay d.o.o., Slovenia, EU), which uses no cookies and does not log data for tracking.
To suggest keywords, the Service looks up Amazon’s public searches starting from the words you enter. These requests are made from our servers and contain none of your personal data.
We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area. Should a provider do so, the transfer would only take place with the safeguards set out in Articles 44 et seq. GDPR (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).
6. Your rights
At any time you can ask to:
- access your data and receive a copy;
- correct or update it (much of it you can edit directly in your profile);
- delete it, including by deleting your account from your profile;
- restrict its processing or object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- receive it in a structured, machine-readable format (portability): books, lists and searches can already be exported to Excel.
Write to privacy@accelerads.app: we reply within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it) or with the supervisory authority of the EU country where you live.
7. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, per-account access separation and regular backups. Each user only sees their own books, searches and reports.
8. Minors
The Service is intended for people who publish books and run advertising campaigns, and is restricted to adults.
9. Changes
If we change this policy we update the date at the top of the page. If the changes are significant, we will notify you by email before they take effect.
This English version is provided for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the Italian version prevails. Before publication it must be completed with the controller’s and providers’ details and reviewed by a legal advisor.
