These terms govern the use of Accelerads (the “Service”), available at accelerads.app and provided by [DA COMPLETARE: ragione sociale], VAT no. [DA COMPLETARE: partita IVA], with registered office at [DA COMPLETARE: sede legale] (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you accept them.
1. What the Service offers
Accelerads is an online platform that helps authors publishing with Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing plan and analyze their Amazon Ads campaigns. In particular, it lets you:
- research keywords based on reader searches on Amazon;
- calculate royalties, break-even ACOS and starting bids;
- prepare campaign files to upload to Amazon Ads;
- analyze the reports you download from Amazon Ads and KDP.
Today the Service does not connect to your Amazon account, does not publish campaigns on your behalf and does not change anything in the Amazon Ads console: you always upload the files and decide what to apply.
When the optional connection to the official Amazon Ads API becomes available, you will enable it yourself from Amazon’s consent page and can revoke it at any time. Even then, no change to your campaigns will be applied without your explicit confirmation. The use of data obtained from Amazon is described in the privacy policy.
2. Relationship with Amazon
Accelerads is an independent service, not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Amazon. Amazon, Kindle, Kindle Direct Publishing, KDP and Amazon Ads are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.
The keywords and other market data shown by the Service depend on public Amazon information: they may change, be incomplete or be temporarily unavailable, and they are not official search volume data. Royalties, rates and printing costs are taken from KDP’s public pages and show the date they were checked; Amazon may change them at any time.
3. Account
- To use the Service you must be of legal age and provide a valid email address.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity carried out with your account.
- An account is personal: it may not be shared or resold.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for unlawful purposes or in breach of the rules of Amazon, KDP or Amazon Ads;
- try to bypass plan limits, overload the Service or extract data from it by automated means;
- upload files containing malware or third-party data you are not entitled to process;
- copy, resell or decompile the Service’s software.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, notifying you where possible.
5. Plans and payments
The Free plan costs nothing and has the limits shown on the pricing section. The Pro plan unlocks all tools; price, duration and payment method are communicated to you before activation. Prices may change: an increase only applies from the next renewal and we will tell you in advance.
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of buying a paid plan. If you ask to start using Pro immediately, the refund is proportional to the unused period.
6. Your content
The books, lists, plans and reports you enter remain yours. You only grant us the right to process them to provide the Service, as explained in the privacy policy. You can export or delete them at any time.
7. No guarantee of results
The Service provides estimates and suggestions based on the data you enter and on public information. We cannot guarantee sales, rankings, a specific ACOS or a return on ad spend: these depend on Amazon, the market and your choices. Decisions on budgets, bids and campaigns remain yours.
8. Limitation of liability
We do our best to keep the Service available, accurate and secure, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or advertising spend resulting from the use of the suggestions. In any case, our total liability does not exceed what you paid for the Service in the previous 12 months. Mandatory consumer rights and liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence are not affected.
9. Availability and changes to the Service
We may update, change or discontinue features of the Service. If a change significantly reduces what your paid plan includes, we will tell you and you may withdraw with a refund of the unused portion.
10. Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time from your profile. Data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we update the date at the top of the page and, for significant changes, notify you by email at least 15 days in advance. If you don’t accept them, you can close your account.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the courts of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile have jurisdiction; in all other cases, the courts of [DA COMPLETARE: foro competente] have jurisdiction. Consumers resident in the EU may also use the alternative dispute resolution procedures provided by applicable law.
